Final Product in the works!

This past week I've come to a final conclusion on what my final product shall be, and I've decided to create a business plan regarding the creation of a real estate brokerage. It hurts my head to even think about all the work that will go into it, especially all the information regarding legal & financial documents. As I write this my knee hurts, might this be a bad sign? No, I know in the end it will be worth it, especially since I one day plan on truly stating a brokerage of my own so having a bit of an idea on how to start one will definitely benefit me when I truly begin the process. I think the plan will most likely be composed on a google doc, but I'm not too sure because yes I want to keep it professional, but I don't want to keep it so professional to the point it's boring and no one wants to hear the plan because almost all my effort for the class will go to waste. I'm also not too sure how I'm going to display it on the board, since it's not as if I can glue the whole plan on there, but that's a problem for another day.
